I bought a recliner from la-z-boy.com, i was in a good mood when it first arrived because I expected it to be solid for the price. But after just a few months, the handle and reclining mechanism started sticking. Now it barely closes unless I basically kick it back into place. Really not what I was hoping for, and I’m disappointed.

The fabric feels decent overall, no real complaints there. The leather part though scratches easier than I thought it would, which was a little disappointing. It’s not terrible or anything, just… kind of average for what it costs.

I ended up catching a promo on la-z-boy.com, it made the purchase feel really worth it. I saved more than I thought I would, and the checkout process was straightforward. From my experience, the deal felt fair and not like one of those sales where the discount barely matters.

I liked the chair at first because it looks nice and was decent to sit in, but after a few months one of the arms started wobbling a bit. Not sure if I did something wrong or if the frame is just kind of cheap?? It’s still usable, just a little disappointing.

The coverage did help when I needed it but it felt limited overall. It’s okay for basic stuff just not something I’d call great.

I was ready for a whole afternoon of figuring this thing out. Parts everywhere, confusing diagrams, the usual. But nope. The chair went together quickly. Instructions made sense enough, screws were all there, nothing weird missing. Kind of a nice surprise.

It looks really nice in the room, but the seat cushions are, I’d say, a lot firmer than I expected. I figured they might soften up after a few weeks or so, but they’re still not very comfortable. It’s not terrible, just not as cozy as I was hoping...

I ordered a recliner from La-Z-Boy and decided to go with the white glove delivery, i’m glad I did. I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but it ended up being way easier than I thought it would be.
The delivery guys called ahead, showed up when they said they would, and were really careful bringing the chair inside. They put it exactly where I wanted it, which was nice because I definitely wasn’t trying to drag a recliner across the room myself.

They also took all the boxes and plastic with them, so there was no cleanup left for me. No mess, no hassle, and the chair was ready to sit in right away — which, of course, I did immediately.

The site works fine overall, but something about it feels a bit clunky. I had a hard time finding a few things, and it just wasn’t as smooth to use as I expected.

The handle on my old recliner broke, and I thought I’d be out of luck. I was suuuuper surprised to find the exact replacement part still listed on the site. Ordering was easy, it showed up quickly, and it saved me a ton compared to buying a whole new chair. Really glad they still keep these parts available.

The chair did end up arriving close to the date they gave me, so I can’t complain too much about the delivery itself. I just think they could make the tracking clearer and more current for customers waiting on bigger purchases.

I bought a sofa and the delivery date kept getting changed on me, which was annoying. I didn’t get a call ahead of time or anything, just random update messages, so I ended up having to rearrange my work schedule twice.
When I called in, the person I spoke with was nice and seemed like they genuinely wanted to help, but they couldn’t really do much to fix it. I’m still waiting longer than I was originally told, which is frustrating for such a big purchase.

Customer service helped me set up the return and swap it for a different one. It did take a little time, but everyone I talked to was friendly, and I got regular updates along the way. Compared to past exchanges I’ve had with other stores, this was way less stressful, so I’m happy with how it all turned out.

I was in a relaxed mood when I went shopping, and the financing option made the whole thing even easier. Being able to do monthly payments took away the stress, and I’m really happy I was able to get my recliner without worrying about paying all at once

I’m not totally sure if I missed something in the process, but after I bought it, getting help was really difficult. Support was supposed to call, I think, but I never heard back from anyone

The chair mostly looked like what I expected from the pictures, though the fabric seems a little darker in my room. Maybe it’s just the lighting, but I do wish the photos had shown the color a bit more clearly. It’s not a big deal, and overall I’m okay with it, just not totally perfect.

I went in looking for a recliner and expected the usual sales routine, like they had some secret back-room strategy to get me to buy the most expensive chair in the place. But nope, the staff was actually really helpful and let me take my time. They answered my questions, pointed out a few options, and didn’t hover or rush me. Ended up finding a recliner I’m happy with, and I didn’t feel like I’d been pulled into some furniture-store scheme.
